Micah LaCerte built a life on discipline, fitness, and visible success while protecting a past that he pushed down deep in shame. The outside accolades continued to grow, but the internal pressure never left.

In this conversation with Kurt Luidhardt, Micah traces how that pressure shaped his anxiety, his faith, and the way he moved through success.

That pattern held for decades. Anxiety stayed hidden, faith felt fractured, and success became something to maintain rather than something that resolved what was underneath.

The shift didn't come through performance. It came through facing what he had buried, restoring his relationship with God, and through choosing to speak what had been hidden.

Now shame has no hold on Micah, and he uses that same story to reach the men still carrying it in silence, not with theory, but with a path that moves beyond coping and toward true freedom.
