In today's episode, I must thank Mike Issacson who is someone I met over the last few years, and then we realized we shared so many common connections.  Mike works out with Kevin and I'm so thankful that he introduced us!  Kevin is also the CEO of Apex Steel which is a  leading steel erection company that can support your full construction lifecycle. Kevin shares some simple advice that we as dads need to hear.  We need to let our kids fail as that is how they learn and we also need to teach them to do the work themselves.  Lastly, he reinforces how important it is for us dads to spend quality time with our kids.  Time is not going to slow down, so make the effort to spend quality time with them!
