If you recognize Jesus as the King He is, you won't want independence from Him, you'll desire intimacy with Him and you'll realign your life under His gracious, loving rule. 

God doesn't want us to just do life for Him, rather He invites us to do life with Him empowered by His presence and power through the person of the Holy Spirit!  Learn to listen expectantly to His still small voice, anchored to the Word, and just see how the He chooses to use you to encourage others and help lost people get found and found people live free. 

How we live and work either lends credibility to our witness or harms our witness for Jesus?  How's your work reflecting upon the author of it? ​

If you want a marriage like no-one else, then you have to be willing to do what no one else does empowered by the Spirit of Jesus as the new creation you are!

How to parent from the gospel with the goal of helping your children learn to know, love and obey Jesus. 

It may look differently based upon your maturity level, whether or not you've moved out of their home, or your marital status, but no matter your situation, if you seek to honor your parents, God promises that it will go well with you.

Marriage is not the ultimate relationship where men and women find ultimate fulfillment.  You and I were created to find "the one," but no other person apart from Jesus Christ can be that for us!  Marriage is a relational crucible God uses to refine our character as well as a telescope designed meant for us to gaze at the star-sized intimacy He desires to share in union with Him. 

​We will never have the spiritual or emotional resources we need to rehab our horizontal relationships until allow Jesus to mend our vertical relationship with God!
