Scripture is very clear that we will be forgiven in the same manner we forgive but what does that really look like? We want to discuss how we live in the freedom of forgiveness that brings Christ and life to all in our paths.

Do we basically sleep until judgement day? Will we know our loved ones? Do we immediately go to heaven or hell? Is cremation wrong?

We are not to judge others in the divine or eternal sense of the word but we are to use wisdom in evaluating what is right and wrong based on God’s Word. Within the context of relationships in the church, we are to evaluate, correct and rebuke when a brother or sister is sinning.

The "You Asked For It" series takes questions from the CrossRoads family and forms a teaching series around them. This week looks at the questions, is it possible to love the sinner and hate the sin.

Jesus working through the church is the hope of the world. We don’t want to be negative people known for what we’re against. Instead, we want to bring the hope of what Jesus can do in our lives and our world to all who encounter us.

We are a family. We want to be an intimate family where all can be completely known and completely accepted, completely knowing and accepting in return. A healthy family is marked by mutual submission, servanthood, trust, love and accountability.

To honor someone is to celebrate who they are without stumbling over who they are not. Honor affirms value. We want to be a church family that honors well here but also in all of the places that we do life.

More than anything else, we want people to experience God’s presence in us as individuals and in our services. We want our people to carry God’s presence into every situation. Praise is a big part of that.

Summer camp plays such a huge role in the spiritual formation of students but as we age we move away from these things. This message talks about what makes camp so successful and how we can implement these things in our daily lives.

This message is based on the book by the same title by Miles McPherson about racial reconciliation. What we have in common in Christ should unite us regardless of skin color or nationality. We tend to have an in group bias which is the tendency to give preferential treatment to those like us. We also tend to practice out group discrimination with those not like us. If we can understand our own biases, we can disarm them and learn to love and live with each other as one.
