It’s Thursday and we have a special treat for today’s #MORETHANSUDAY podcast. At CrossWinds we have something called the Close Up initiative - this is a ministry that gives funding to various projects to help them kickstart their ministry. Lead Bold was one of those projects, it was dreamt up by a group of women longing for connection with other women in ministry leadership - to continue the conversation. The Lead Bold conference was a weekend experience in September 2019 that focused on tools to equip and engage women in ministry.
