During today's Training Day episode I met with professional MMA fighter Aaron Bad Bear(Apsaalooke) and bodybuilder Salvador Hernandez(Apsaalooke). We dove into how they got started with hypertrophy training, got a glimpse of what their training programs look like and briefly discuss the bodybuilding diet. We also touched on the therapeutic effects that the gym provides to maintain a healthy mind as well as body.
