Barnaby Howarth drops by for a chat about his upcoming Charity Comedy Night 'Give it a Crack', playing AFL football, how a stroke turned his life turned upside down at the age of 25 and having loved and lost. He also talks a little about climbing K2, hiking the Kokoda track and becoming a motivational speaker.
