Do you struggle with being overly self-critical? Are you being too hard on yourself?

If you’ve ever wondered how to stop being so hard on yourself, THIS episode is for you. Having worked with high achieving leaders, entrepreneurs, and business owners for the past 5 years, and has been a recovering perfectionist who was especially skilled at being self-critical, I’ve seen so many high performers, including myself, struggle with being too hard on themselves, especially at work.

There is a difference between having high expectations and goals for what you want to achieve, and being too hard on yourself. In fact, I’ve noticed that when you’re too hard on yourself, not only does your level of happiness and fulfillment suffer but so does…eventually…your performance and results.
