The name 'Crumbling walls' makes reference to the walls and defense mechanisms we create during childhood as a response to trauma and emotional harm, which initially protect us, but arrive a moment when they trap us. Can we bring these barriers down so we can be the full expression of ourselves?

In this episode I introduce myself, I tell you about my life and my trauma, and how this affected me later on. You will get to know why I do what I do, and what this podcast is going to be about.
