In episode 3 of season 3 we chatted about the recent trend of celebrities admitting that they don’t regularly wash themselves and their kids, as well as what we watch or rewatch when we are looking for some comfort. We also chatted to LIesl Tommy, the director of Respect, the recent biopic of Aretha Franklin about the film, how Liesl’s South African heritage played a part in making the film, and her favourite Aretha song.

In episode 2 of season 3 we were joined by Tarryn Steyn from I Hope I Get It Podcast to discuss theatre, auditions, Love Is Blind: After the Altar, and the return of Bennifer. We also chatted to comedian Marc Lottering about adapting during COVID, getting recognized in public, and the intricacies of bringing his characters to life.

In our first episode of season 3 we discussed the Emmy nominees of 2021, the updates in the #FreeBritney movement, and the Grease Pink Ladies prequel. We were also joined by Kim Engelbrecht to talk about her new series Reyka, being on The Flash and coloured representation on South African TV.
