In this episode we are in Psalm 142. In this prayer David teaches us how to be completely open and seen by God. Especially when we feel alone and there is no one else we can turn to. Through David’s example it forces us to ask ourselves a few questions. Do I open up to God completely and fully when I am overwhelmed? Do I seek comfort in things that won’t help me? And what should I do the next time I am surrounded by doubts and fears?
