In todays ramblings, I process a lot of seemingly disparate thoughts on the following subject: settler colonialism, climate change, racism, web3, and hope. These topics come together to show with historical contextualization and emerging technology, web3 can change the world for the better.

I have been feeling that web3 needs direction and critique in how it is imagining work. Do we need to work 40 hours? What is the value we are really creating? I think that if we do not imagine a kinder and more human system, we are doomed to replicated what already exists.

On today’s episode there is not much structure and a lot of rambles BUT I share my thoughts and experience with Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) in the Web3 space. I explore how my past experiences transform my understanding of corporate structuring, leadership, professionalism, and the “entrepreneurial mindset.” Who are these concepts serving and what defines them? How do our assumptions impact the nascent web3 space? Let get to pondering folks!

Today we discuss the optimism and messaging within the web3 movement. We chat about if web3 steps up to the messaging it preaches. Does web3 actually stand for a racial economic future? Or is this just lip service with no meat behind it? Hopefully this little conversation helps you decide!

It has been a while friends! I am starting this back up to explore my passion of crypto, blockchain technology, and web3! Hopefully this will be a safe space for people to learn and grow into this exciting new space, while protecting themselves and their coin.

The news might have you believe that this recently passed stimulus bill is a victory for us all. It isn’t. It is a massive 5000 page failure packed with bipartisan corporate agreements. We are being played and it’s time to wake up. This is a 12 minute rundown of what the bill actually contains; details are still coming in, but it’s a disaster.

Since the crypto market is so new and generally inaccessible to the layperson, I wanted to make an introductory guide on how to understand the CONCEPT of crypto. My frustrations on the progressive representation and how I have no control over what happens. How do we witness those real feelings and then move on with our day? Because sadly our voices are not going to be heard.

Today, I explore how both the Democrats and Republicans have duped their constituents. They have not radically improved the lives of those they represent. If anything we are all worse off. How has their framework peddled by corporate lobbying effected our minds?
