In todays ramblings, I process a lot of seemingly disparate thoughts on the following subject: settler colonialism, climate change, racism, web3, and hope. These topics come together to show with historical contextualization and emerging technology, web3 can change the world for the better.

I have been feeling that web3 needs direction and critique in how it is imagining work. Do we need to work 40 hours? What is the value we are really creating? I think that if we do not imagine a kinder and more human system, we are doomed to replicated what already exists.

On today’s episode there is not much structure and a lot of rambles BUT I share my thoughts and experience with Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) in the Web3 space. I explore how my past experiences transform my understanding of corporate structuring, leadership, professionalism, and the “entrepreneurial mindset.” Who are these concepts serving and what defines them?
