Hello you beautiful soul!
In this guided sleep meditation we will journey to the crystal cave of health and healing. This is where we will release and heal all that is no longer serving you and plant the abundant seeds that will sprout a new way of thinking about your life and health.
This track is accompanied by delta waves which will help ease you into a receptive subconscious state while you drift to sleep. This will make it easier for my words of encouragement to sink in to your mind and body.
Listen daily for 21 days to achieve maximum effect as it takes time to re-wire our subconscious thoughts. We collected them over a lifetime. It will take more than one session to release them so be patient and have faith in the process.
