What better way to learn about the enemy than to bring in a couple of writers from the Thunder and Timberwolves? J.A. Sherman from Welcome to Loud City and Tim Allen from Canis Hoopus join the show to talk about the Thunder and T-Wolves, respectively.
We delve deep in the Northwest division as Sherman fills us in on Perry Jones, the likely departure of hated Derek Fisher, and how Oklahoma City fans and Seattle fans are interacting. A budding rivalry between the Thunder and Nuggets would be a great thing for the two cities and the league, Sherman explains why.
The Wolves seem to be collecting a lot of white players, what does Allen think of that? Is there any chance of Love ... Kevin Love ... in Denver? Can Minnesota expect to see a playoff run in the near future and how is Ricky Rubio recovering from ACL surgery? All that and Allen even humors Ross with some Cubs and Rockies talk.
Plenty of Nuggets discussing as well. Timmons is gearing up for Summer League and will be in Las Vegas to cover the team this weekend. With Andre Miller and Evan Fournier signing deals, do the Nuggets have room to add JaVale McGee and Quincy Miller? Find out by clicking play!

Jeff Morton from Denver Stiffs joins the show to talk Nuggets free agency, the draft that was, and the crazy NBA contracts being handed out by general managers.
The losing continues as Coors Field - will anything change?
And, as usual, movie talk dominates the end of the podcast as Ross, Nate, and Jeff throw out some titles that you must watch. The Troll Hunter? Why not! The Change Up? You better see it!

People might not see how the sweet science of boxing and basketball go together. Other than the referees and judges perhaps being crooked, they don't really mix. That's why we had two separate calls on this episode as Duran Hill of Sting Like a Bee Entertainment and Kalen Deremo of Roundball Mining Company join the show.
Hill shares his background with us - with his father and uncle both boxers, he was destined to get into the fight game. And being named after legendary boxer Roberto Duran, who his family knew, that just added fuel to his fire. He wanted to be the next Sugar Ray Leonard, but an accident derailed his promising career. But as one door closed, another opened as he got into the business side of boxing. The Denver Native is currently promoting a 7-match fight card on Friday, June 13th at the Exdo Event Center in Downtown Denver. For tickets, visit his webpage here. The card features some local talent that could soon burst onto the national scene.
On the national stage tomorrow night are your Denver Nuggets. Deremo, one of three contributors at RMC, dives deep into the NBA Draft with us. We go over the dream scenario of the Nuggets landing a lottery pick and just how high up that pick could be.

Benjamin Hochman of the Denver Post and Nate Kreckman of 102.3 ESPN Radio join the podcast. Hochman shares his background and flaunts his Cardinals championships in Kreckman's face. A Illinois guy, Kreckman talks about the Bulls, Cubs, Blackhawks and tells us how he got to Colorado. And whether or not his gifted radio voice left him any choice, except for talk radio.

The guys meet up on a rainy Wednesday afternoon to record the show. With Barack Obama in town, Ross finds time to bag on people in Colorado from Chicago ... deep dish pizza? Gross. And Nate is thinking about selling all his possessions (not many) on Craigslist.
The sports talk? Are the Broncos Super Bowl Contenders? Nate is worried that Peyton Manning needs more talent around him, but Ross talks him off the ledge.

Before the Nuggets defeated the Lakers in game 5 to stay alive, Nate and Ross recorded this episode at Jake's Fine Food and Spirits. They had the privilege to spend some time talking Broncos and Nuggets with Denver Sports Nation hosts "D" in Denver and Adam Kinney. Ross also managed to track down one of the other Denver Stiffs, Jeff Morton for a quick halftime chat - which you will hear instead of the usual Week in Review. Nate played quiz master to some big time Nuggets fans in this week's CSG trivia showdown. All this and more in CSG #40!
