In today's episode I sit down with Attorney Munro-Delotto. This woman is next level smart when it comes to knowing her craft and all I can say is good luck to anyone who has to face her. She holds two masters degrees in psychology one in Clinical and the other in Organizational, she has also worked within the HR departments of fortune 500 companies for a 10 year stretch. Needless to say she knows her opponents next 5 moves and has a good track record of success.
She was kind enough to share with us the steps business owners especially small business owners can take to mitigate the chances of having to face someone like her in an employment lawsuit.

Chaz Elliot Texas raised was brought to Connecticut through his enlistment with the Navy. After which he was introduced into social media marketing initially with The Westerly Sun but then found himself at The Day Publishing company.
In today's podcast we dive deep into social media marketing going over how to navigate the always changing algorithms especially during these unwary times. Chaz mentions that The Day Publishing Company is doing from advertising for every small business that is interested in part of giving back to the community, during our conversations with social media marketing we take a real world Facebook campaign my company Peak Landscaping just ran; during the podcast I say this ad had 5,000 impressions after the podcast was over I was corrected with the impressions being 57,000 still performing at a 0.939% click through. Although the specifics of the ad aren't important it allows chaz to show us how a marketer would analyze the data and how you can analyze your data.
