Hello hello and welcome back to another episode of ReikiCafe Radio! This week on the show, join me as I interview Michaela Daystar, the founder of HeartScapes!

After 11 years of helping university students increase their capacity for social justice, Michaela created Heartscapes for folks interested in navigating the pathways between our internal experiences and external lives, learning to live, lead and love increasing from the inside out, and from the wholeness of their True Self.

At the intersection of self-reflection, spiritual practice, and social action, she teaches the system of Reiki as a pathway to understanding, healing, and expressing our true self and adapts trauma-informed principles for Reiki practitioners.

Michaela continues her studies of Reiki with the International House of Reiki, and holds a Master’s Degree in Social Justice Leadership. ⁠

Having a trauma-informed practice gives you the tools you need to be able to support your clients through a range of experiences, and I had the pleasure of interviewing Michaela Daystar about doing just that. ⁠
