* LCS is a developer and manager of senior living communities. It also does rentals for-profit and nonprofit. * The organization’s biggest business is life plan communities.

[3:22] Jacob talks about his experience working in senior living communities as a teenager.

* At the age of 13, Jacob started working as a landscaper in his father’s business. They owned several senior living duplexes in Colorado, where he grew up.* He started working on the weekends for extra money and then to raise money for college. He transitioned from working at senior living communities to other communities, such as multifamily buildings and hospitality situations.
