Today I'm honoured to be chatting with PJ Bedwell a passionate youth and young adults leader in Australia. PJ has worked with youth for over ten years as a youth pastor, Youth For Christ spokesperson and has taught scripture in schools across NSW. Along with his wife Mikaela they are passionate to see young people come to know Jesus and be discipled into a transformational relationship with him.

PJ was foundational in seeing YFC's What's Normal program become an online curriculum that parents, youth groups and schools can access. To address big topics like pornography, relationships, dating, body image and mental health.

Ever since I was a primary school teacher I have loved reading to children. Once becoming a mother we have enjoyed reading with each of our children picture and story books. Last year when we embarked on homeschooling I learnt more about "read alouds" and reading chapter books to my kids. It has become one of our favourite daily/weekly rhythms and I want to share with you the benefits and joy in reading with your children. It's also a secret weapon in cultivating God's kingdom in your home.
