Here’s a simple strategy to make that happen: ✨ Ask your existing players: 1️⃣ What was your first day on the team (or back) like? 2️⃣ How do you want new or returning players to feel on their first day? 3️⃣ What can YOU do to make that happen?
By involving players in the process, you’re not just solving the challenge—you’re coaching them to take ownership of creating a welcoming environment! 💪🤝
