You can have standards, but you better have a process - You better make it about people. Have a purpose when you wake up everyday - Don't have a plan because plans change.

• Age, Experience, and Titles DO NOT allow you to be a leader.

• When you have High Truth and High Love in your program you can coach a kid hard. You tell the kid it's not personal its personalized.

• You cannot improve in a day, but you can improve daily. Winners and Losers wake up everyday, but the difference is WINNERS have a system.

• There are two things you do everyday - Chase Best or Run From Worst

• Are you a consumer or contributor inside your program? We have to teach kids how to be a contributor.

• Talent vs. Tough - What happens when you match up across someone as talented as you or better - Toughness is the difference.
