Culture can sometimes feel like something people refer to but you can’t quite get your hands around. Whilst we are often focused on goals and measures, culture, often described as ‘the way we do things around here’ is the X factor that will help us deliver. Building and maintaining the culture you want isn’t always easy, and it is always led from the top.
