Sometimes we need to consciously make changes and, at other times, things like rapid growth in our business will bring those changes to our door.
Change is never ending and when we are growing or innovating this can involve changes to systems and processes, as well as changing stories, traditions and power balances. The reality is that when things change some people won’t want to roll with the changes and will choose to leave instead.
