Those with a positive reputation will be seen as a strong brand inside and out, which means they will not only retain talent but alos attract it. 

From the customers perspective they will want to buy or use a company with good morals and decision making who show care for their people and community. This is what a positive culture does for an organisation, if you want to build a strong brand, start by building a strong culture first.
