Culture impacts everything that happens within an organisation and outside it too. An organisations reputation will be judged heavily on how well the look after their own team and customers. Those with a positive reputation will be seen as a strong brand inside and out, which means they will not only retain talent but alos attract it. 

From the customers perspective they will want to buy or use a company with good morals and decision making who show care for their people and community. This is what a positive culture does for an organisation, if you want to build a strong brand, start by building a strong culture first.
