Religion is an incredibly personal decision. It shapes how you view the world, your community and yourself. When someone changes their beliefs, it can catch their community off guard and cause a rift. Join your host Katie Whipple and Hope Suff as they tackle the normally tough conversation of changing your religious beliefs. Katie and Hope create a safe space for Hope to share her journey from evangelical to ex-evangelical.

Personal note: Hi! It's Katie here. I wanted to take a moment to say thank you for listening. This is not an easy conversation to have and to share. While Hope and I no longer share the same religious views (Hope a former Christian, myself a current Christian), I hold her in high regard. We pre-empted this conversation with another talking about how we wanted to approach each other. Our basis was love and wanting to understand why the other believes what they believe. We walked away from this talk with immense respect for each other, even though we did not fully agree. I am proud of Hope for sharing and I "hope" y'all will find our conversation thought-provoking.
