Self realization is so crazy because one day your coasting in a state of bliss then the next day you realize your not doing no enough because of your are avoiding the feeling of certain emotions. But in order to be successful you know that you can’t keep doing the same things you’ve been doing if it hasn’t been showing any progress. Deep down you know the only answer is to form new habits.

In the spirit of combating seasonal depression I vow to channel my energy into building these businesses. Tis the season to speed up we can no longer afford to slow down! There is peace, money, love & celebration waiting!!

This is that part of the journey that I swear isn’t aligned with my journey, like what is going on? Im putting my best foot forward and it still isn’t working? Im having more bad days than good and yes, another huge lifestyle change has to be made. Im over it, am I rushing out of this healing phase too fast? I promise I just want my dreams to reflect on my reality. But it feels like im about to crash out at this point.

Love bombing- is a manipulative technique that involves giving someone excessive attention, affection, or compliments to control them.

It’s the over promising and under delivering for me. It’s the planning and flopping I can’t stand, I’m learning to get comfortable moving alone. After all it’s a lonely road to the top.
