Can we normalize the fact that it’s completely ok to end a relationship, situationship or friendship that just doesn’t serve you anymore. I’m tired of the narrative that because I let you go we automatically got beef. It’s time to be mature about adulthood and understand that certain people are only in your life for a season!

I love a good child movie because there is always going to be a great MORAL. Not only are we healing our inner child we are gaining keys to life!

I am no longer setting unrealistic expectations for myself just to keep up. So what if you fall back? There so much beauty in taking things slow. Always reminder like is about the journey no the destination. It’s those low moment that make the victory even sweeter!

I’m this episode I recapped my 48 hours in NYC and in the process of planning a airtight schedule, when things didn’t work out as planned I learned to surrender and go with the flow. Ignore that first thought of I should-a could-a would-a. It happened and we can’t go back in time. If all things worked out, GREAT! If not, FLOW! Everything happens for a reason, program your mind to believe it is didn’t happen it’s because it doesn’t flow in the direction of your goals!
