As we say goodbye to this year, I wanted to leave you with something short, sweet, and to the point. 
This spoken word song made a lasting impression on me many years ago and guided me through my tumultuous 20's.
First written by Mary Schmich in the Chicago Tribune in 1997, and then turned into spoken word by filmmaker Baz Luhrmann in 1999. Enjoy it. Hear it. Remember these words.
Happy New Year...maybe? Hopefully? We will be cautiously optimistic on this one. See you in 2021.

Can we find wonder and beauty while navigating through the abyss of loss and grief?
Today we welcome my beautiful-to-the-core friend Chandra Sandoval. Her story is one that I think so many of us might be able to benefit from right now. She took something that was a devastating loss for herself and her family and turned it into a lifelong search for the wonder and beauty in the everyday.
As we all navigate through life differently this year, I think we can all take a bit of her story as a beautiful reminder that things will eventually get easier...and time really can heal.

Today we welcome Lauren Phillips with Love Her Wild Photography.

Lauren is a motherhood photographer living in Byron Bay Australia, who specializes in teaching creativity to artists. Her teachings are to unteach - and to encourage the creative muse inside each individual to arise in their own unique way, a true story of themselves by getting to know themselves better and removing blocks along the way.

Beyond the camera, she sells her presets which are used all over the world - Love Her Wild presets. Lauren has been teaching and holding retreats both internationally and across Australia for the last four years and is prepping to release an online course very soon.
