It was a pleasure and honor to speak with, Taylor Collins, founder and land steward at Roam Ranch. If you've read anything about regenerative agriculture then you more than likely came across how Roam Ranch is walking the talk in Fredericksburg, Texas. Roam Ranch is a multispecies ranch that practices regenerative farming to raise healthier animals, help restore the ecosystem, heal the soil, and nourish local communities. In this episode Taylor gave us the background on how he and his wife (Katie) founded the ranch and how they are teaming up with other like minded ranchers from around the U.S. to make a positive impact on the climate, while providing the best sourced meat money can buy.

What an honor it was to speak with Dr. Trovall & Dr. Reese, two well respected professors at Concordia University. Dr. Trovall & Dr. Reese helped us understand what Critical Race Theory really is and how’s incorporated in higher education.  CRT is currently a highly politicized word in America and we wanted to understand why. Hope you enjoy.
