This was almost like being given a week off by the RTG as we absolutely LOVE coaching. We had a look at the wildly different definitions and noticed that what we're about doesn't fit into that definition.
There's some interesting questions like: "how helpful is the term coaching?".
Let us know what you think. What's your experience of coaching, and more so non-directive coaching?

Say-do gaps are a beautiful leveller as we've all got them because they're part of our shared human experience.
With that being said, we needn't shy away from them because what is in the gap has the power to unlock transformational growth and success.
The trick we've noticed is finding which ones to close as unless you plan on being perfect, you'll never close them all.

In this episode, we decide to focus very much on our strengths and so you'll hear a lot about art history, biological lab techniques and possibly something about social groups.
Needless to say this is a fascinating subject, and it turns out that Boy George was onto something :-)

Um, well, this, er, episode was a bit of a tricky one to, er, get into really.
Unsurprisingly there are lots of definitions of "confidence" and we knocked around a few of them. The one that felt most relevant to us will be revealed in this episode.
Now, the key thing is to remember how to get involved with the podcast. You simply have to send us an email to [email protected]/general-enquiry/inbox. If all else fails, just email us at the usual place.
Pssst, keep it to yourself would you?
There's all sorts of lies, and it's something that literally everyone has done at some point!
Paul and Lou are interrupted, by a now familiar character, with this interesting topic.
What do you think about lies? How do they show up in your world?

Lou and Paul accidentally stumbled upon this vibrant topic and took a good look around, noticing the many aspects of it.
It's not about casting judgement, simply being curious about they're experience of it so far.
How do you use social media?
How does it enrich, support, develop things in your life?
Anyway, we're all off to doom scroll for a few hours as our dopamine has taken a hit.

The third Monday of January is referred to by some people as "Blue Monday" and the resolutions start dropping off.
Lou started us off down this road and we wondered how helpful resolutions really are.
Unsurprisingly, it depends (as we're all individuals)! On quite a few things actually and having some self awareness around what can be holding us back or pushing us forwards is very helpful to keep a balance.
Some people like setting difficult goals as motivation, others feel the shame of not making it and more besides.

We were delighted to have this sent into us by Lucy off of England, The Internet. A very detailed location shout out for her there.
Anyhew, this was an interesting topic indeed and there's quite a realisation we each have which took us by surprise! Why not give yourself permission to sit down with a cuppa and have a rest.
Had to make it an "E" episode as Paul let a cheeky sh!t slip out right towards the end. Rude! Wasted opportunity for some profanity right there!

So, what's your excuse then?
This was a great conversations and we noticed the relationship to judgement and that's not all. Where does compassion show up?
When we get curious about our own excuses and those that others share with us we are invited to see what's going on beneath the surface.
Merry Christmas to you and yours. We wishing you much love and blessings for 2025.

This week we're introduced to "The Panty Sneaker" which we're pretty sure is not their real name and pseudonym. We were going to refer to them as Sue for short and couldn't be sure. Maybe we'll hear from them again soon... Hopefully they'll explain where their name came from too! Don't worry, from what we can tell it's nothing to do with underwear products.
Anyhew, be that as it may, The Panty Sneaker offered a very interesting topic - TIME! We were mindful of how huge the whole topic is and feel like we did it justice in exploring a few different areas. There are plenty of brainfarts on offer.
