In this episode, Rebecca discusses using creativity, such as watercolor painting , as a way of  "showing up for ourselves."  
Marrying the arts with life coaching. she has created a series of intuitive and mediative art workshops.   Understanding the importance of allowing ourselves to sit with our feelings even through the discomfort,  allowing them to flow through us, before releasing them,  allows for empowerment over them.   Rebecca continues using this process for her own well being, instead of shoving them down or numbing her emotions.   Feelings are things and  by exploring and expressing  them in a positive way, we can move forward, throughout  any transformation we forego.
