Traverse City’s annual New Year’s Eve tradition is going virtual this year — the CherryT Ball Drop committee and the National Cherry Festival Foundation Board of Directors announced they’ll be live streaming a cherry drop so area residents can watch from home, rather than gathering in person.  Festival Executive Director Kat Paye joins us to talk about the details, including how the main drive of the event—raising money for charity—is still very much happening.
