The Transparency surrounding Ferrari’s tyre test

It was revealed that after Imola, during a Pirelli Tyre test, Ferrari tested a “different floor” on Carlos Sainz's scar. Although Ferrari were cleared of any wrongdoing, it brings the question: Does F1 need to be more transparent?

    Red Bull's success in Miami

After an incredible weekend for Max Verstappen, and the Red Bull Team, the panel discuss whether Red Bull are truly capable to win. The team also chat about Horner’s comments that the season could go down to the Abu Dhabi finale.

    Ocon and Albion's consistent performance

Once again, Albon and Ocon performed this past weekend. Most importantly they outperformed their teammates- one being an ex-World Champion.

Aston Martin: What could have been?

After a relatively disappointing start to the season, Aston Martin seem to have found their feet. The panel dream about what could have been this weekend in Miami. Aston Martin had a great qualifying session and despite a pit-lane start the drivers drove a good race.

Sebastian Vettel appears on question time

Sebastian Vettel is known for his activism in recent years. The driver has made a stand about the environment, LGBT rights and human rights. He now will appear on the political panel “Question Time”

    The First Weekend of W-Series

F1 wasn't the only hot topic in Miami. The Hard Rock Stadium also hosted the first weekend of W-Series races. The weekend saw back-to-back wins for Chadwick. The Nerds discuss their favourite drivers of the weekend and their love of the series.

    • Round 5 - Miami GP Race Review 2022

On this week’s ‘Cut To The Race Podcast’ Sam, Cal and Grace review the (now) infamous Miami Grand Prix.

The panel cover how the Grand Prix was hyped up and even discuss the possibility that it was “overhyped”. The team take us through the weekend with a hot topic being the Turn 14 crashes and whether the safety standards were enough.

We also look at qualifying and discuss who were our standouts. Then, inevitably, the trio discuss the race including the high points, the low points and the utterly dull points. One highpoint being Verstappen’s Lap8 / Lap9 overtake which leads on to the discussion: “Is Max Back?”.

We discuss who was to blame between Gasly and Norris AND who was to blame between Schumacher and Vettel. As always the team give us their Race ratings and Driver of the Day. It’s not one to miss, especially with how bizarre the Miami Grand Prix weekend was.
