Episode #210

In this episode, you'll learn how the political shifts in India in recent years have led to increased Christian persecution. Ryan interviews investigative journalist, Pieter Friedrich about the reality today. You'll learn how a political party operates as a paramilitary and how the government speaks about religious freedom, but allows unspeakable persecution to continue.

Under Prime Minister Narendra Modi,  persecution continues to increase with no end in sight. You'll learn about how the Modi's political party, the BJP, is the political wing of the RSS, a Hindu paramilitary organization that is dedicated to turning India into a Hindu nation. Their goal is to have all non-Hindus considered as foreigners.

Ryan discusses some recent examples and shares some stories of what children are experiencing today. He shares how in the end, these actions only serve to hurt children. But Ryan also gives hope as some states are going the right direction when it comes to protecting children and parental rights.
