Episode #196

In this episode, Ryan is joined by filmmaker Matthew Thayer for a discussion on Christian cultural engagement. They discuss how humanity has progressed precisely because of the principles of the Kingdom of God filtering into society. Without Christians engaging and leading in culture, humanity regresses and goes backwards. It's time for Christians to stand up and be the salt and light God has called them to be, instead of continuing to let the world set the stage.  This episode will encourage you to take your place in the fight to advance the Kingdom of God on earth today.

Episode #194

To know what the government should be doing, we must first know the purpose of government. This episode simplifies the purpose of Government and explains what rights we have as people created in the image of God. Today, many are claiming that "health care" is a right, but what is the truth? Many believe the government should take care of the poor, but is that the reality? This episode simplifies these two topics from a biblical perspective and discusses some of the current attempts of the government to get between parents and their children.

This episode gives a simple and profound way to meditate on God's Word. Paul instructs us to think over what the Word says and tells us that all the Scriptures were written for our instruction. That means they are relevant to today. Listen as Ryan gives you a key to unlocking what God wants to show you in His Word today.

2 Timothy 2:7 - Think over what I say, for the Lord will give you understanding in everything.

Romans 15:4 - For whatever was written in former days was written for our instruction, that through endurance and through the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope.
