After giving us a brief background of how he got from The British Army to sailing Ben dives right into the challenges of his position and the goals that he has moving forward with managing the team. This includes his ideas on technical models vs soft skills and how that progressed through out his career. He then dives into the process that he goes through when it comes to making decisions on directions that they plan on moving the program forward.
