Gods desire is that everyone lives a “larger life” and become productive. If that were true – why is it many believers live “”below their potential? Psalm 4:1-We give attention to the things that don’t add eternal value to our lives: Amos 6:1-We are chasing the “”wrong dreams and don’t steward our spiritual gifts well:-We don’t know how to align ourselves relationally with others and quit when challenges come:Where are you positioned today in the mainstream of church life?

Both David and Elijah experienced these negative feelings. However, one ran towards God and the other away from him

Emotions are powerful. They have the power to take us towards our destiny or away from it.

Life lessons from Elijah:

- God is available to me even when I feel emotionally overwhelmed.

- He is still drawing me to Himself and redirecting my life

- So respond to His call and return to your life purpose

The resurrection is the most important event in our Christian experience as…- It stands as a reminder that God comes through on his promises. Matthew 28:6 - It validates the efficacy of Christ’s sacrifice on the cross. 1 Cor 15:17- It brings life changing hope to a people in hopelessness. Matthew 28:7, 1 Peter 1:3Therefore, the enormity of the stone that sealed the entrance, the Roman seal or even the Roman guard couldn’t keep the tomb closed, as it wasn’t opened to let Christ out but rather to let us in, so that we can know without a shadow of a doubt…. That he is risen and live in the power of his resurrection!
