Olaf started out his career in the IT industry and shifted careers for the first time to seek his passion in photography and then later on ended up in the cyber security industry which then ultimately lead him to founding Falcon Force after leaving one of the Big4 consultancies. 

We discuss his special founding story of Falcon Force, how photography helps him with carrying out his job as a founder and why it is important to be more truthful to your own board of directors.
