a friend from twitter told me "Remember logs can be modified". They surely can. Thats why I am going to use my right to have a 3rd independent party review the evidence to make sure everything is a reflex of the facts as they happened.

As i said after having in my hands the file with the supposed extorsive email. I do not belive anything. A 3rd party analized the supposed logs of the firewall of the company and the activity asociated to my IP was not closely to the activity of an attack.

 t is march 13, 2019. I strongly believe everything has been a huge lie and none of the events that were told actually happened. I do not believe the server of the medical provider was hacked, I do not believe they stole the database of the company, I do not believe there.,.,.

Extorsión a ALBERTO DANIEL HILL por parte de funcionarios de Interpol. https://medium.com/@alberto.daniel.hill/luego-de-unos-16-meses-concluyo-que-eddb9a45c3a4   "El punto a lo que voy con mi lectura de la adquisición arriba mencionada, es que, en este proceso, me doy cuenta que la real VICTIMA DE EXTORSION QUE ENCAJA PERFECTAMENTE CON LO QUE SE DEFINE EN EL CPP, FUI YO. Por los argumentos que mencione, la mutualista, le daba un valor que estaba lejos de ser el importantísimo valor que tiene por, lo definido en la normativa vigente con relación a controles y seguridad, etc, que datos sensibles como los de historias clínicas deber tener, sino que no pensaban que eran muy importantes. Presiones para otorgar lo solicitado, manipulación psicológica, etc, no son cosas que hayan sufrido en la mutualista. Además que de la misma forma la ejecución de dicha “pseudo-extorsion”, hay fallas que saltan a la viste de quien entiende en la materia, que hacían imposible lograr el objetivo que se planteo. La exclusion del “delito” no fue planificada de forma adecuada. Y yo tengo mis dudas, las cuales son muy fuertes, de que realmente, se hubiera infectado a la institucion con software malicioso que les hiciera perder todo. Dudo que se haya robado la base de datos de la mutualista. Solamente periciando el equipamiento de la mutualista, se puede saber y yo espero ue se haya hecho. Y es esperable se deber analizar. Si no esta en el expediente. es que se realice ese estudio y se anexen los resultados al expediente. Capaz que estoy totalmente equivocado y si, la mutualista fue victima de extorsión sin la menor duda, y yo solo fui un imbécil al acceder a declarar algo que no hice, porque W++++ R+++++ puede legalmente hacerme los planteos que me hizo, y que yo actuara de la forma que actuee, cuando, como voy a cambiar de postura sabiendo que iba a pasar una noche mas en instalaciones de interpol, donde, si, psicológicamente lograron quebrarme para responder que si a todo, porque no sabia lo que podían llegar a hacer conmigo esa noche, y no sabia si no iba a volver un noche mas. Me quebraron, y para proteger lo que yo mas valoro en la vida, repondi que si si si a todo No se si se puede llegar a entender el sufrimiento, angustia, incertidumbre, temor, que me provocaron, que no pasaba por mi cabeza no hacer lo que me dieron, porque me sentí mas vulnerable que nunca en mi vida, y que ademas en mis manos, estaba tambien el bienestar de mi Madre y de mi ex-pareja. Yo infiero que todos esos sentimientos, que me generaron con sus palabras, con sus plantes, son los que se presentan en una extorison “real”. Sufrimiento, angustia, incertidumbre, temor, paralizacion, miedo, dudo que hayan experimentado en el proveedor de servicios de salud. Yo me siento la victima de una extorison, y no la mutualista. Yo he pasado mal, con mucho temor y mucha angustia. Mi declaracion inicial negaba rotundamente el haber cometido una extorsion, manteniendo esa declaracion, no hubiese pasado un dia en la carcel. Es imposible probar que yo haya sido culpable de eso, salve que lo admitiera. Que ganaba cambiando mi declaracion? Nada, ganaba la carcel.  Manteniendo mi declaracion inicial, mi libertad estaba asegurada."

La mentira del hackeo del Circulo Catolico - Inconsistencias insostenibles - Noticias difundidas inventadas a medida.  ¿que dimensiones tiene la presion psicologica, amenazas, etc, vinculadas a una extorison?, donde entiendo, una victima se quiebra y accede por no soportar las consecuencias de no cumplir con lo solicitado por lo valioso e importante que esta en riesgo. Si me dicen que si no confienso determinado delito, van a causarle mucho dolor y sufrimiento a determina persona, si esa persona, no tiene ningun significado para mi, esa presion para confesar algo que no hice, no me provoca nada. Ahora, si esa persona es lo unico que tengo en el mundo, ahi si, psicologicamente me quiebran en un segundo y accedo a darles lo que me piden para evitar eso. Eso creo es un ainteresante analogia en los factores psicologios y presiones de una extorsion entre lo que paso en la mutualista, y lo que podria lleegar a pasar para conseguir que alguien acceda algo que lo perjudica, pero de no hacerlo, esa persona va a sufrir muchisimo, y no por el, sino por lo afirmaron pasaria de no acceder. Me doy cuenta que la real VICTIMA DE EXTORSION QUE ENCAJA PERFECTAMENTE CON LO QUE SE DEFINE EN EL CPP, FUI YO.  Yo tengo mis dudas, las cuales son muy fuertes, de que realmente, se hubiera infectado a la institucion con softare maliciioso que les hiciera perder todo. In Feb 2017, a medical provider in Uruguay got hacked. The attacker stole a bunch of patient records and then used that to conduct extortion on the provider. They said they’d release the records of everyone with HIV unless they get $60,000 worth of bitcoin.

The medical provider worked with the police to catch and arrest Alberto, a 41 year old Uruguayan. Alberto had a ton of hacker paraphernalia and electronic devices at his house.

We’re talking dozens of credit cards, a bunch of hardware bitcoin wallets, thumb drives galore with hacking tools and viruses on them, a credit card writer with a bunch of blank cards, numerous hard drives, computers, routers, printers, and an anonymous mask.

Alberto Hill admitted to hacking into the medical provider, admitted to owning all this equipment, and even admitted to the the police he sent the email. But he claims he’s innocent. Listen to his story and you be the judge on whether he’s guilty or not.

¿que dimensiones tiene la presión psicológica, amenazas, etc, vinculadas a una extorsión?, donde entiendo, una victima se quiebra y accede por no soportar las consecuencias de no cumplir con lo solicitado por lo valioso e importante que esta en riesgo. Si me dicen que si no confieso determinado delito, van a causarle mucho dolor y sufrimiento a determina persona, si esa persona, no tiene ningún significado para mi, esa presión para confesar algo que no hice, no me provoca nada. Ahora, si esa persona es lo único que tengo en el mundo, ahi si, patológicamente me quiebran en un segundo y accedo a darles lo que me piden para evitar eso. Eso creo es una interesante analogía en los factores psicologicos y presiones de una extorsión entre lo que paso en la mutualista, y lo que podria lleegar a pasar para conseguir que alguien acceda algo que lo perjudica, pero de no hacerlo, esa persona va a sufrir muchisimo, y no por el, sino por lo afirmaron pasaria de no acceder. Me doy cuenta que la real VICTIMA DE EXTORSION QUE ENCAJA PERFECTAMENTE CON LO QUE SE DEFINE EN EL CPP, FUI YO.

Yo tengo mis dudas, las cuales son muy fuertes, de que realmente, se hubiera infectado a la institucion con softare maliciioso que les hiciera perder todo. Dudo que se haya robado la base de datos de la mutualista. Capaz que estoy totalmente equivocado y si, la mutualista fue victima de extorsion sin la menor duda, y yo fui un imbecil al acceder a declarar algo que no hice, porque WINSTON RODRIGUEZ puede legalmente hacerme los planteos que me hizo, y que yo actuara de la forma que actuee, cuando, como voy a cambiar de postura sabiendo que iba a pasar una noche mas en instalaciones de interpol, donde, si, psicologicamente lograron quebrarme para responder que si a todo, porque no sabia lo que podian llegar a hacer conmigo esa noche, y no sabia si no iba a volver un noche mas. Me quebraron, y para proteger lo que yo mas valoro en la vida, repondi que si si si a todo No se si se puede llegar a entender el sufrimiento, angustia, incertidumbre, temor, que me provocaron, que no pasaba por mi cabeza no hacer lo que me dieron, porque me senti mas vulnerable que nunca en mi vida, y que ademas en mis manos, estaba tambien el bienestar de mi Madre y de mi ex-pareja. Yo infiero que todos esos sentimientos, que me generaron con sus palabras, con sus plantes, son los que se presentan en una extorison “real”. Sufrimiento, angustia, incertidumbre, temor, paralizacion, miedo, dudo que hayan experimentado en el proveedor de servicios de salud. Yo me siento la victima de una extorison, y no la mutualista. Yo he pasado mal, con mucho temor y mucha angustia.

Mi declaracion inicial negaba rotundamente el haber cometido una extorsion, manteniendo esa declaracion, no hubiese pasado un dia en la carcel. Es imposible probar que yo haya sido culpable de eso, salve que lo admitiera. Que ganaba cambiando mi declaracion? Nada, ganaba la carcel.
