Today we have the privilege of talking to Maryann Phillips, a retired mental health worker, who loves long distance biking!  Maryann has biked across the United States multiple times on various routes.  She started riding her bike at the tender age of 14 and is still loving her two and now three wheeled rides.  After listening to this episode we bet you will be ready to dust off the bike in your garage and hit the road!
