In part one, I will be talking about the main points discussed in the documentary about how the 13th amendment made us believe that black people in America were truly free. Slavery has only progressed into Jim Crow Laws, and what is the United States' prison system is today.

Today I posted an audio post on Swellcast asking people "What TLC show or other reality show has you like wtf?" I often times watch clips of these shows when scrolling through Facebook and I can't help but get second hand embarrassment. These reality shows on TLC and other networks are getting to extreme to the point where you can obviously tell that all these networks care about is money and not "helping people tell their stories." It is really sad to watch these people, including innocent CHILDREN in these shows being exploited for profit...
