The show starts with Ryan, and standing-in for Dave is his trusty assistant, who does a stellar impression of him until Dave returns from the bathroom. Then, a patron, ironically named Steve, walks up to the guys inquiring what exactly they're doing at Mulligan's. After Dave breaks down podcasting to him, Ryan challenges the "real" Steve to get his chest waxed! After that, the guys do their final round of shot roulette and tell the listeners about a television commercial they filmed recently where they admitted to doing something on film that neither of them actually did. Then, the guys try to come up with a skit they can include the "real" Steve in, and eventually come up with a daycare-related idea and the rest you have to hear to believe. On today's show: Dave starts the show by announcing he has joined a new club that involves his cell phone and the porcelain throne. Then, Dave tells a story about the time a cop ran over his cell phone while in pursuit of a thief. After that, the guys discuss the cell phones they currently have and the cell phones they've had in the past, which turns into Ryan giving his iPhone/Steve Jobs theory and why the iPhone 4s is probably the last perfect iPhone. Then, Ryan reads another list from the found stack of papers in the deserted, out-of-business, business. Then, the list provokes the guys to discuss whether or not cops pull people over for a certain reason or if a lot of them are just plain dicks. And, just when you think it's over, stick around because the guys aren't finished. The argument gets heated after the show, and luckily the mics were still recording, as they debate cops and their motives for pulling people over. But, it's still not over even after that.
