    This bonus episode features my 1st woman guest (excluding my wife) to the podcast. She reached out to me about a content/experience platform she founded called "Alley Oop", that exclusively focuses on dads and daughters. They believe that dads play a critical role in the development of their daughters. So of course, with me having two daughters, I wanted to know more.   

    We talked about how dads fuel their daughter's confidence, how to combat the pressure of perfection, girls and social media, beauty standards, and dads assessing their children's confidence.

  • Episode 88: Catching Up With Host Anthony Ray

    The last time I did an episode that was focused on me was in April 2020. I wanted to give my listeners and supporters the opportunity to know more about me and where I am at this current juncture of my life. Fresh off my bachelor degree graduation, I sat down with my homie Yaakov Melech Bey aka J King and we got it in for a quick second. Hopefully after listening, my supporters will understand more about who I am and things that I go through. I am by no means a perfect father, husband, or man but everyday I'm out here trying to be better. So I am thankful for those that encourage me and keep me uplifted.

    I recorded this episode last summer with my man Cody Hall. After recording, I could not find out what happened to the audio, so I put it to the side for some months. I messed around with it a few weeks ago again and finally resolved the issue. So this will be known as the "lost file" episode. Cody dropped some jewels in this episode about time management and money management. We talked about many other things concerning fatherhood that I believe will be beneficial to fathers everywhere.

Chaz talked about his motivation to succeed after losing his father earlier this year and being the leader of his team. Coach Ingram discussed his plans for the upcoming game and how proud he was of his team's success. The championship game will be on Dec 17th in Tallahassee, FL.
