Dad Chat

What a day!  Tom is on hiatus so darling producer Demi has volunteered to step in and fill the void.  Listen to Brendan and Demi speak of pregnancy, Demi's aversion to video games, and the all-encompassing apathy that prevents them from decorating their home.

Oh good golly this one is special.  Due to several unavoidable circumstances Brendan and Tom almost didn't record an episode of Dad Chat!  To keep things right in the world, they ventured to their local Discord to have chat whilst in two different cities!

Home sweet home!

Tom and Brendan invite their dear sweet friend Pat into the inner sanctum of Tom's Dad's house to visit the historic site of the first Dad Chat podcast recording.

Brendan and Tom (and Demi) have their final chat of the year.  This unlikely trio get nostalgic about 80s fashions and premium drink choices, they spend some time reflecting on the year that was had and the year to come, and genuinely beg for listener engagement.

It's incredibly pathetic.

Christmas has come early in the form of another Dad Chat!

The dads have their good friend and SUPER FAN Darryl on the show to talk about the things that matter.  Proper BBQ technique, male isolation chambers and alcoholic beverages are all on the docket this time around.  You will also get the extended history of everyone's favorite drinking game: Beer Die.

Tom and Brendan take some time to recap the trauma that set hold after last episode, then they talk about all the chores they have been ignoring.  They also chat about their Thanksgiving festivities and upcoming vacation plans.

Okay so full transparency, this isn't the best episode we've ever recorded. 

Dad Chat went live!  Tom and Brendan sat down to record this weeks podcast with some of their closest internet friends through the power of Twitch!  If that wasn't enough of a curve ball, they also took it upon themselves to eat half a dozen progressively spicy foods!

Tom and Brendan get together and do some real, down to earth chatting about winter prep, barbecue grilling, and then they go a bit off the rails into some light memery and video game stuff.  They also answer questions from listeners!  Community interaction and engagement!  It's all very novel.
