Which means that you get an inside look at what we've had going on in our day to day as a family. For us, we have been working on teaching our son how to learn. He turns 7 on Saturday and at this point in life he has something new thrown at him almost daily it seems, and if he can't learn then this part of life is going to be quite a damper!

Here are six steps that I have found to be helpful when trying to help my son with the learning process.

This week I got to sit down with Mike Thompson for a second time! Mike was the guest on episode 74 in which we talked about changing our identity.

This episode we got to talking about how to teach our children frustration tolerance and confidence. We chat about tactics we've used that helped and what hasn't. We talk about how to model this for our children and what should be expected of us when they are part of a sports team.
