Kyle Carnohan is the founder of Super Human Fathers, a community and program for men who desire to transform their lives in all areas of fatherhood. As a father of 5 and a husband of 20 years, Kyle has been through waves of stress, struggle, and disappointment in his relationships with his kids and family. But after making several key decisions in his life, to be honest with himself about his actions, he started to see incredible change. Now, his passion in life is helping other men do the same. Kyle is a monster physically and is in ridiculous shape. I would say that he and I have very different communication styles but it was cool to see how we could come from different place with different communication styles and land in the same place. Off air, I really enjoyed getting to hear Kyle talk about his mission and how he continues to push and grow to help as many people as he possible can. He even mentioned a few stories about people he's helped through his coaching back down from the brink of suicide. If there's anything I can tell you about Kyle.. its that he cares. He cares about being the best he can be and he cares about helping other do the same. He's a man on a mission that I greatly respect. Above it all, Kyle is an amazing man, husband, and father, and it was an honor to host him on the show.
