Mike Wish is a husband, dad of two daughters, Marine Corps Field Artillery Officer,  physics teacher at the U.S. Naval Academy, business owner, and founder of the Claire Bethany Foundation.

His daughter Claire was born with Polymicrogyria (PMG), a rare neurological condition. Inspired by her journey, Mike launched the Claire Bethany Foundation to support U.S. Service Members raising children with special needs. Through this work, he's turning personal experience into purpose, helping military families navigate challenges with strength and hope.

Dana Lange is a husband of 34 years and father of two daughters: Sarah (28), and Victoria (26) who has Pitt-Hopkins Syndrome. He is also the co-founder and CFO of Bright Life Connections, a non-profit which helps loved ones effectively manage disability services in Denver.

Brady Crandall is the co-founder and CEO of Youth Crews, a diaper company creating youth diapers that fill the gap between baby and adult sizes, because disabled kids deserve products made just for them.

Brady's daughter was born with a brain injury called HIE (Hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy). Brady shares his journey as a father to a medical child, the challenges he has felt as a unique father, as well as why and how he started Youth Crews diapers.
