Our friends Mike, Casey, and James started a whiskey company so we sat down with them to find more about it. The interesting thing is that they aren't necessarily about finding a profile and a standard product, but about finding the best barrels they can to allow stores and groups to get barrel picks when they are becoming increasingly hard to find.
