For the first time in its storied history, the Jack Daniel Distillery is introducing a 100% malted barley grain bill with the new Jack Daniel's Twice Barreled Special Release American Single Malt Finished in Oloroso Sherry Casks. The 2022 limited edition Special Release features American Single Malt Whiskey twice barreled and bottled straight from sherry casks at 105.7 – 107.8 proof.

Jack Daniel's Twice Barreled Special Release American Single Malt begins with 100% malted barley that is ground, fermented and distilled in Lynchburg, Tennessee. The whiskey passes through Jack Daniel's traditional charcoal mellowing process and is then matured in new, charred American white oak barrels for at least four years. It is then finished for an additional two years in the finest quality Spanish Oloroso sherry casks from the Antonio Paez Lobato Cooperage before bottling at cask proof.

Ross & Squibb Distillery announced the latest member of the Remus Bourbon family: Remus Gatsby Reserve. Released to celebrate F. Scott Fitzgerald's legendary novel, "The Great Gatsby", a century ago – from its events in 1922 to its publication in 1925 – Remus Gatsby Reserve is bottled at 97.8 proof (48.9 ABV) and offered in ultra-limited quantities at a minimum suggested retail price of $199.99 per 750-ml bottle.

Crafted by master distiller Ian Stirsman and his team at Ross & Squibb Distillery, Remus Gatsby Reserve is made with the 175-year-old Lawrenceburg, Indiana, distillery's finest 15-year-old reserves of straight bourbon whiskey and is offered at cask strength.

The film will sit down with these trailblazing women, who are changing the entire landscape of the what the world thinks it knows about women and whiskey and most of them are the first in their field. This includes the first female bourbon taster in the world, the first female Master Distiller in Kentucky, the first female African-American Master Blender, the first female African-American CEO of any major spirit brand among others. We will also take on the important social issue of sexism, as well as how womens involvement in the alcohol industry has been buried throughout the ages.
