On Episode 67, We are again joined by someone who is an expert in 1031 Exchanges.

Did I lose you already? Well, how about this? How would you like to legally do what the wealthy do in real estate and not pay taxes?

That is an over simplification of a 1031 Exchange but that is exactly what it does! You are trading real estate for other real estate while not paying capital gains on it. Pretty cool, right?

Ryan Matthews is an expert and specializes in real estate. Although we are both Realtors, he does it in such a unique way that I wanted to get him on to explain 1031 Exchanges, his Tenant Trade Up program as well as give his insights into the real estate world and investing. We may even go off on a few tangents because, well, that is what happens when you get a couple Realtors in a room.

On this episode, I talk about identifying distractions. We all will get distracted. It isn't even a matter of if we will but when will we be distracted.

I give you a couple of examples and then throw in what I did or am still doing to stay aware so that my dreams, goals and growth aren't impacted.

Episode 64 is with Jake Moss with M2 Industries. Jake owns a construction company. M2 Industries works with everything from remodels to new residential homes as well as in the commercial building space.

I wanted to have Jake on the show because his company is growing and I absolutely love his approach to business and how he treats his clients. We are hearing a lot of white noise out in the economy about how no one is hiring or companies are contracting.

That is not the case with Jake.

Jake is going against the grain and showing that if you believe in yourself and offer quality honest service, you can not only survive in any economy, but you can thrive.
