In his first interview since his health deteriorated, Dai Henwood reveals just how "grim" the past month has been.

Speaking with Samantha Hayes at his home, he described his current symptoms as inescapable - completely different to dealing with bowel cancer - and a constant weight on his mind.

This week, Henwood faces his 35th round of chemotherapy, the after-effects of which he likens to "the worst hangover you’ve ever had."
